The lead details page is your view of all live leads delivered to your account. You can select an individual day, a week or the entire month. It displays the leads requested for credit and allows you to track every call we send to you including which of your sales agents took the lead. For each live call we send, you will have the entire recorded conversation between your sales agent and the prospect available only moments after the call is complete. It is these recordings that you can use to train your sales agents on how to handle objections and be a better sales person. We use the sound file of the call for lead qualification.
